Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners ("SHKCP") is the alternative solutions arm and licensed subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai & Co. ("SHK & Co.", SEHK: 86).
SHK & Co. is a leading, preeminent Hong Kong-based, principal-led alternative investment platform, recognized for its expertise in alternative investments and asset management.
SHK & Co. held approximately HK$38.7 billion in total assets, with total AUM* of HK$24.6 billion (~US$3.2 billion) as at 31 Dec 2025. SHKCP provides tailored investment solutions for limited partners (“LPs”) – including institutions, family offices, and UHNW investors – while also offering financial solutions for general partners (“GPs”) across Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, and Special Situations.

Tony Edwards
Deputy CEO, Sun Hung Kai & Co.
Mr. Edwards joined the Company as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in December 2023. He started his career in the 1990’s, in Asian investment banking, and from 2000 onwards, he developed a track record of growing, managing and realigning investment management businesses, whilst at AllianceBernstein, Neuberger Berman, Robeco and Arisaig Partners. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Arisaig Partners and the Chief Executive Officer of Robeco Asia-Pacific. He has delivered high-performance outcomes across operational, distribution, investment and governance functions, in both large institutional, start-up and boutique investment managers. He is experienced at designing and managing change management to enable technology development, operational processes, sales and marketing engagement, and enhanced risk management, typically through the alignment of organisational priorities and culture. In business development he has worked with many global and local investment advisors and consultants, Asian and Middle Eastern sovereigns, central banks, Australian and Asian Institutional capital allocators, high-net-worth and retail client-channels, always with a strong personal belief in a colligate approach to accessing growth and investment success.
In addition to building businesses, Mr. Edwards is experienced in traditional and alternative portfolio management, in both a global and local settings, public and private. He has also managed businesses within various license settings, including but not limited to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC), The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Technology from Central University of Lancashire and is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Kelvin Cheung
CEO, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Mr. Kelvin Cheung joined us as CEO of Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners in April 2025. In this role, Kelvin oversees the strategic development and overall management of the firm, strengthening our partnerships with third-party capital in alternative investments, asset management, and wealth management.
Prior to joining SHKCP, Kelvin was the Head of Nuveen Hong Kong, where he led the client business in Greater China. Before that, he was at Invesco Asset Management in Institutional Sales and Business Management roles. With extensive experience in the asset management industry, Kelvin has a successful track record in raising new capital in both alternative and traditional public market strategies, as well as significantly contributing to business revenue growth.
Kelvin graduated from Simon Fraser University and is currently a Committee Member (Mainland Opportunities) for the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council (an advisory body of the Hong Kong SAR Government).
Allen Sing
Chief Investment Officer, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Portfolio Manager, Fund of Hedge Funds
Allen Sing has 30 years of experience in the investment industry, of which, 23 years were spent as a hedge fund investor and allocator. Currently he is the Chief Investment Officer and the Portfolio Manager for SHK Capital Partners’s Global Fund of Hedge Funds, while previously, he managed CITIC Securities’ global hedge fund portfolio. Allen spent 15 years at SAIL Advisors, which served to manage the family assets of Robert W. Miller, the founder of Duty Free Shopping. In this role, he was a hedge fund research analyst and portfolio manager where he managed their USD1.5bn portfolio, comprised of hedge funds. Over the course of his hedge fund allocating career, Allen was responsible for portfolio management, risk management as well as hedge fund research. He led teams responsible for Investment Due Diligence as well as Operational Due Diligence research.
Allen began his career in Morgan Stanley’s equity capital markets and investment banking division in 1995. Allen holds a B.A. from Brown University, and he is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.
Marcella Lui
Managing Director, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Marcella Lui joined Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners in August 2022 in driving business development activities across alternative funds and investment solutions. With over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, in particular asset management and alternative investments, she has a successful track record in raising new capital and contributing to business growth.
Before joining SHKCP, Marcella served as Managing Director and Head of Client Relations at Greenwoods Asset Management, a leading hedge fund and private equity firm focused on Greater China. Prior to this, Marcella was the Managing Director and Head of Institutional and Private Banking Business at Value Partners Limited, one of Asia's largest asset management firms established in 1993 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In this role, she led business development and client relationship management for global institutions and Asia private wealth distribution, and significantly enhanced the firm's investor reach and business growth. Previously, she also held various senior roles in Morgan Stanley, Blackrock, Merrill Lynch, SAIL Advisors and LCW Management. Marcella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance with the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, U.S.
Gigi Wong
Managing Director, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Gigi Wong is a structured credit and real estate specialist with over 18 years of institutional real estate finance, banking and capital markets experience. Gigi is a member of both the SHK Special Situations and Structured Credit Team and SHKCP. She is responsible for originating proprietary credit investment opportunities, cultivating strategic institutional partnerships, and facilitating investor access to alternative investment strategies across private credit, structured credit, and real estate-related sectors. Her focus includes the origination and execution of asset-backed and downside-protected investment opportunities, as well as working closely with strategic partners on co-investment and capital-raising initiatives related to structured credit and real estate strategies.
Prior to joining SHKCP, Gigi led the Debt Advisory and International Capital businesses at JLL Hong Kong, advising institutional clients, developers, and investors on financing and capital solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier in her career, she held real estate finance roles at China CITIC Bank International in Hong Kong and New York and began her banking career with ANZ in Sydney.
Gigi holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney.
Natalie Ngai
Director, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Natalie brings over 11 years of experience in asset management with a focus on alternatives and private markets. She was most recently Vice President at Macquarie Asset Management in Singapore, where she drove regional fundraising and business development, partnering with leading institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, public pensions, insurers, and family offices. In this role, she contributed to developing tailored investment solutions, and supporting the launch of new funds across asset classes.
Prior to Macquarie, Natalie worked at Invesco in Hong Kong, managing strategic institutional client relationships across APAC and driving global account initiatives. She began her career in London with M&G Investments in leveraged finance, supporting credit research and client portfolio management for fixed income strategies.
Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham.
Jason Zeall
Director, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Jason brings over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently Associate Director at WTW shaped by his work as an investment consultant to some of the world's largest and sophisticated institutional investors in Asia. In this capacity, he has worked with pension funds, endowments, public government funds and sovereign wealth funds on their investment portfolios. His expertise spans traditional equities and fixed income to alternative asset classes such as hedge funds, private equity, private credit and infrastructure.
Jason holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of New South Wales, an MBA from Macquarie Business School, and is a CFA charter holder.
Lisa Ma
Vice President, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Lisa brings over seven years of experience in alternative fundraising and institutional relationship management across Greater China, the Middle East, and Northern Europe. Prior to joining the team, she was with E Fund Management (Hong Kong), where she led cross-border capital formation initiatives, strategic joint ventures, and institutional client coverage, with a focus on sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and global allocators.
Lisa holds an MBA degree from The University of Hong Kong and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Sociology from the University of Toronto.
Flora Lo
Head of Legal and Compliance, Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners
Flora has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry as a legal and compliance professional. She was qualified as a lawyer in Hong Kong in 2000 and she most recently headed the legal and compliance department of the CLSA Premium Group before she joined SHK&Co in June 2021. She was the Executive Director, Senior Legal Counsel of CITIC CLSA covering asset management since 2013. Prior to that, Flora was with the Hong Kong SFC Investment Products Department, before she acted as the Hong Kong Legal Counsel of Citibank N.A in 2010 covering the bank’s securities and funds services for asset managers.
